- The subject of this publication is the conclusion of agreements in accordance with Section 130 a Paragraph 8 SGB V on finished medicinal products with different active ingredients or combinations of active ingredients within the framework of a so-called "open house model".
Joining or concluding a contract can be done at any time and at the same timehen conditions. Individual contract negotiations will not be carried out.
The earliest contract start date is April 1st, 2024. Based on this, the contract term is a maximum of 12 months. The contract ends on March 31, 2025, regardless of the start of the contract. Should the AOK HessIf a tender for exclusive contracts is carried out in the form of an open procedure during the contract period for the active ingredients, the contracts concluded within the framework of this publication will be terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions.
